The JSE Peanut Shellers is designed to shell peanuts with high efficiency, high capacity and minimal split creation. The JSE Peanut Sheller's cylinder is devised keeping in mind ease of operation and low maintenance. The shelling grates (or concaves) are easy to replace. This rapid replacement feature allows the operator to change shelling grates quickly as the size of the peanuts change. The shellers are driven by motors, pulleys & v-belt. The JSE peanut shellers have an inbuilt fan for separating husk.

There are three hardened shelling bars in each cylinder. These shelling bars are readily adjustable to give the proper distance between the bars and the shelling grate.

Numerous models are available in single & double cutter cylinder with square and round feeding hoppers.
