The JSE replicating screen is designed to separate the peanuts from unshelled groundnut, grimes andotherimpuritieswhichdischargefrompeanutshellers.DuringinitialtimestheJSE reciprocating screen had a single deck and it needed a worker for sustaining the machine. The JSE designed the double deck flowing system, with exceptional improvements and R&D process. Thus, allowing a smooth operation and long life to the machine.

The upper deck is covered with round hole & bottom with round slot easy changeable perforated sheets. There are five models and the capacity begins at 1.2MT/h.
